What is RPM?

RPM is Functional Body Building...
In other words, Recovery, Performance and Muscle all in one.

So how do we view functional body building? Simple, it's about time-under tension, but with intention behind each movement. Each movement has a functional/athletic purpose AKA a real world application.

Most "professionals" separate muscle building, strength training, athletic traning and mobility/rehab training. This is not realistic and definitely not sustainable for the majority of the population.

So our goal is to show you an optimal mind muscle connection like you've never experienced before, a deeper pump/circulation with full body integration behind every movement. The body is one giant muscle with 600 or so attachments why simply isolate each muscle when it is intelligently designed to be functioning as one unit.

We want to optimize your length tension relationship within your entire body, we want to decompress and create space, we want to rehydrate and decalcify your tissues, we want you to be mobile, but stable, strong, powerful and connected.

 

We want you to be in a ready state and understand how to intentionally move so whatever atheltic endevavor you take up you can perform effortlessy at your best.
